In 2009, with the community's help, $102,000 was raised for our children & youth programs.  THANK YOU!

Canada's child poverty rate is a sobering 1 in 6.
Ontario's is almost 1 in 5.
Hamilton's is a staggering 1 in 4 children that are suffering under the burdens of poverty.

All funds raised through the Case For Kids Walk, Run, Ride event directly support Wesley's programs for children and youth. With community participation and pledges, we can continue to "decrease barriers and increase opportunities" for children living in poverty in the Hamilton area.

The Case for Kids is traditionally held at Bayfront Park in Hamilton, including Pier 4 Park and the Waterfront Trail, the first Sunday in June every year.  The event was established in 1992 and has enjoyed dedicated support from many members of the community and area United and Presbyterian churches.
