At Wesley Urban Ministries, we know those who face incredible barriers in their daily lives, live on fixed incomes and desperately need support.  We know families and individuals who face challenges in their surroundings and need our help to reach their goals.  We know that it is important to decrease barriers, but we also know that it is essential to increase the opportunities for our community.  At Wesley Urban Ministries we help by offering access to support services that build hope and open up economic opportunities.  We also know that many seniors in our community are living alone and on a fixed income.  At Wesley, we provide people with the resources they need to build new relationships and learn how neighbourhoods can be a place of support and service.  Wesley works with each individual to better understand the specific challenges they face and also what steps are required to help each individual achieve their full potential.
