Emergency Food & Shelter Programs

At Wesley Urban Ministries, we know those in our community that are homeless and those at risk of losing their homes.  We understand that meeting people's urgent needs and basic life necessities are critical first steps in helping to rebuild lives.  At Wesley, we invest in building relationships with those that are experiencing severe life circumstances. We connect with them, help them to identify their immediate needs, work to move them from alley's to apartments and help them find safe and supportive housing.  But it doesn't end there.  At Wesley Urban Ministries, we know that by investing in people over the long term and working to help individuals and families maintain their housing we can also support their health and well-being, as well as connect them with employment and education opportunities.
